The company agreed to pay up to $90 million to settle a lawsuit contending it had overcharged advertisers for Internet sales referrals.þþFor the week, the Standard & Poor's 500-stock index fell 5.65 points, or 0.4 percent, to close at 1,281.58. The Dow gained 54.75 points, or 0.5 percent, to close at 11,076.34. The Nasdaq composite index lost 40.56 points, or 1.8 percent, to close at 2,262.04.
