NEW YORK (Reuters) - Unionized trash haulers ratified a five-year labor contract with Waste Management Inc. in Alameda County, California ending a lockout.þþThe 481 workers are set to return on July 30, after Waste Management locked out the Teamsters Union members on July 2, the Teamsters Local 70 said in a VBstatement on Saturday.þþThe contract includes ÿstrong wage and pension increases and protection from future cost increases in health care,ÿ the group said.þþ
