PURCHASE, N.Y., June 20 (Bloomberg News) — Atlas Air Worldwide Holdings and its pilots' union will resume contract talks on Monday to try to avoid a strike that could come as early as June 28.þþAtlas, which is based in Purchase, handles freight for other airlines. The National Mediation Board said on Wednesday that it had called both sides back to talks on Monday. Atlas and the union — the Air Line Pilots Association, which represents 631 Atlas pilots and flight engineers — have been negotiating for more than two years on what will be their first contract.þ
